Flora is a Maui-based hair and makeup artist and licensed cosmetologist (@florasolbeauty). In 2022 she took the crown of Miss Maui 2022 and naturally became a strong advocate for Maui wildfire disaster victims. She supports Help Maui Rise: Directly Aid ʻOhana Displaced by Fires. Flora is also passionate about helping individuals in low-income areas by providing them with the tools and resources they need to prepare for career opportunities in the workforce.

Caia is a Maui-native, a proud trans woman, and an advocate for the LGBTQ community. In March, she joined her community at the state capitol building to celebrate Trans Day of Visibility. She believes in overcoming adversity through taking pride in authenticity, and self-love in visibility. She has also been involved with the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens for their Arbor Day Garden Expo, the Bayanihan Feeding Program which prepared 250 meals for the kupuna at Hale Mahaolu, and the Swing For Love Golf Tournament, golf for a great cause. She also helps educate Hawaii’s community and youth about dating violence. Some of Caia’s passions include volleyball, bodybuilding, and being in nature.
