Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same excellent condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Special orders are final and cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Specially engraved items
- Custom sizing

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please complete this form to process your return request

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

In the case of damage to the item, if it is a manufacturer's defect or has been damaged in shipping, we will fully cover the cost of replacement. If there are other damages to the item and it has not yet been worn, we will offer a gift card in the amount of the cost of the item. 

Sale items 
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@islandbykoanani.com.
