I love this necklace!! I did have an issue with the complimentary chain breaking while I was wearing it since one of the arms of the starfish got caught on my crossbody purse strap. Customer service was easy to get a hold of and they were eager to help. I ended up doubling up the replacement chain and the complementary chain from a different necklace that I ordered through this company to add some extra strength. The front and back of the starfish is smooth and has a good weight to it. It is so pretty!! I am very satisfied with my purchase and I will be purchasing more jewelry from this company in the future.
